Your event date will be officially reserved once we receive your signed rental agreement and the required 50% non-refundable retainer.

The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event date. Reservations are confirmed only after both the signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.

our bubbly bar is 5’ wide, 9’ long and 6.5’ tall when is closed and 9.5’ when is fully open.

To ensure a smooth delivery and setup, we require a level, easily accessible area where we can safely unload and detach the trailer that transports the mobile bar.

If access to the event space is limited, our mobile bar can be maneuvered through an entrance that is at least 5 feet wide and has a flat, stable surface.

To help us plan the setup and ensure the best possible experience, we typically request a few photos of the location where the bar will be placed before the event.
